TYX Corporation
The TYX Corporation business unit of EADS North America is a world leader in automatic test equipment (ATE) software and programming tools. Based in Reston, Virginia, TYX has two main product lines: the Professional ATLAS Work Station (PAWS®) and TestBase®. PAWS is used on hundreds of systems worldwide, while TestBase supports text programming in virtually all of the existing testing environments and has extensive database capabilities.
